The staff were friendly and helpful. Kathy helped arrange onward travel. the newly renovated space had high-end touches. the location was close to many fun places. i really appreciated that kathy were pretty good, it made a difference to my holiday!!!

the staff was helpful offering excellent recommendations for local attractions (i really enjoyed exploring the nearby train street). breakfast was included and offered varied options with fresh fruits daily, it was a great way to start the day. the location was fantastic making it easy to explore the city.
The gym equipment was a bit limited. I would have appreciated more variety.
